Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Agency Nurse to provide high-quality patient care across various healthcare settings. Duties
* Deliver comprehensive patient care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and supporting recovery processes
* Assist with patient assessments and contribute to care planning in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatments
* Support patients' emotional and physical needs, ensuring dignity and comfort at all times
* Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and health & safety regulations
* Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care delivery
* Stay updated on clinical practices and organisational policies to ensure compliance and best practice standards
Requirements
* Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare environment
* Strong knowledge of human anatomy and clinical procedures
* Valid registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) or relevant professional body
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
* Flexibility to adapt to different shifts and healthcare settings as required
* Ability to demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail
* Must be willing to work in various locations as assigned by the agency
