Our Customer:
We are RECRUITING EXCLUSIVELY for a prestigious global travel brand renowned for delivering luxury, exclusivity, and personalised experiences to discerning travellers worldwide.
They’re now looking to appoint a Trade Sales Director to take the lead on driving UK trade growth. This role is for a confident, strategic, and hands-on sales professional who loves being out in the field — typically 3–4 days a week — identifying, developing, and maximising commercial opportunities across the UK trade landscape.

Job Description:
* Proactively identify and develop new trade partnerships across the UK
* Manage and grow existing agency and consortia relationships
* Build brand visibility through face-to-face engagement, events, and presentations
* Deliver impactful product training sessions to drive trade conversions
* Consistently exceed agreed revenue targets and key performance goals
* Develop territory strategies that drive both short-term wins and long-term growth
* Collaborate internally to ensure seamless partner communication and support
* Represent the brand at trade events and industry functions across the UK
Experience Required:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a proactive sales or business development role within travel or cruise
* Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales targets
* Strong UK trade relationships across luxury and experiential travel
* Energetic, self-motivated, and driven by results rather than process
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while travelling regularly
* Comfortable working without a marketing budget — creating success through sales ability alone

* £60,000 – £65,000 salary plus performance-based bonus
