The successful candidate will play an important role in setting up the service, recruiting and developing a dedicated care team, and driving the branch forward to become a trusted, successful provider within the community. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Domiciliary Care Manager or Registered Domiciliary Manager. Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and compliance. Experience in the business and operational management of a care service. A full UK driving licence.
