Brand Manager – Abbott Lyon Man

Rewarding salary + bonus + benefits

Hybrid - 3 days per week in the Manchester Hub

Role Overview

The Brand Manager will lead the day-to-day brand building and execution for Abbott Lyon Man, working closely with the Brand Director and wider marketing team.

This role sits within a structured, high-performing Brand function, with support across content, influencer, social, performance marketing, and eCommerce - but the Brand Manager will be the clear owner and driving force behind the men’s proposition.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring Abbott Lyon Man launches with a clear identity, a strong aesthetic, and a compelling social-first marketing strategy that resonates with the target customer.

This is a build role — with huge ownership, and the opportunity to grow a team as the brand scales.


Key Responsibilities

* Act as the Brand Guardian for Abbott Lyon Man - protecting and shaping the brand identity, tone, and customer positioning
* Support the Brand Director in translating overarching Abbott Lyon strategy into a clear and compelling men’s brand proposition
* Own the men’s brand roadmap: launches, content pillars, key moments, seasonal planning
* Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines and performance objectives


Influencer & partnerships

* Develop and execute influencer strategies to support awareness and commercial growth
* Identify and build relationships with male creators, tastemakers, and brand partners
* Own gifting, seeding, and creator collaborations - ensuring content feels authentic and premium
* Work closely with the wider team to ensure influencer output aligns with brand tone and product priorities


Social-first content & channel ownership

* Own Abbott Lyon Man’s social media presence - ensuring consistent content output and a strong community voice
* Drive engaging, culturally relevant content that resonates with a male audience
* Work with internal creatives to shape styling, shoots, and product storytelling
* Track and report on channel performance and engagement trends


Cross-functional collaboration

* Partner with performance marketing to ensure paid social creative and messaging remains aligned with the men’s brand identity
* Work with eCommerce and product teams to ensure launches land strongly and product storytelling is clear
* Collaborate with the wider Abbott Lyon marketing team to ensure brand cohesion across channels


What you’ll bring

* Proven experience in brand marketing, content, social, or influencer-led brand building
* Strong taste level - understands what "premium but accessible" looks like in the men’s lifestyle space
* Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple projects at pace
* Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally and drive momentum
* Ambitious, self-motivated, and excited by building something from scratch
