Job responsibilities
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in providing patient care under the supervision of our GPs. You will work closely with healthcare teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, assisting with diagnostic procedures, and offering support to patients and their families. You will be working alongside our 3 Paramedic Practitioners in a hub model of collaborative working, pre-triaging and workflowing so patients are seen by the right clinician at the right time. Appointments will be a mix of phone calls and face to face, as well as care navigating to other services and supporting and empowering the Patient Services Team to do this.
We hold daily 30-minute coffee and clinical catch ups at 11am and offer regular protected time for Clinical Meetings. Supervision is given to all Non-Medical Prescribers by a designated GP from the practice.
If you are passionate about patient care and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!
