Role Description We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior Risk Manager to join our team, reporting directly into the Head of Risk. This is a senior-level appointment supporting the delivery of a complex, high-value infrastructure programme operating within a highly regulated and security-conscious environment. You will play a pivotal role in embedding robust risk management practices across the infrastructure scope, leading Quantitative Risk and Schedule Assessments (QRSAs) and developing the Earned Value Management (EVM) Discipline Management Plan to support programme-wide performance and controls. Key Responsibilities Lead and facilitate Quantitative Risk and Schedule Assessments (QRSAs) across the full infrastructure scope, ensuring outputs are integrated into programme decision-making. Develop, own and maintain the Earned Value Management Discipline Management Plan, driving consistency and rigour across project controls. Report directly to the Head of Risk, providing senior-level insight, escalation and recommendations on risk exposure across the programme. Establish and maintain risk registers, ensuring risks are clearly owned, assessed and mitigated in line with programme governance. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, commercial teams and stakeholders to identify, assess and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle. Support the integration of risk and schedule data to provide a holistic view of programme health. Contribute to risk governance frameworks, policies and reporting standards across the programme. Provide mentoring and guidance to junior risk professionals within the team. Engage with client and stakeholder teams, presenting risk findings confidently at senior levels.
