My client is looking for a Sales Operations & Performance Associate to support the sales operations team. This isn't a strategic role, is a handson role
Key Responsibilities:
* CRM Management: Own the development of the CRM system to create a comprehensive view of customers and future opportunities. Optimise the use of CRM systems and sales tools to enhance data accuracy and reporting.
* Performance Analysis: Drive the development and implementation of sales forecasting and reporting processes on Salesforce (SFDC). Provide expert analysis of sales performance data, identifying key insights and trends.
* Pipeline Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline and forecast accuracy. Develop and monitor KPIs to track and drive sales performance.
* Governance Cadence: Evolve and run the sales governance cadence to focus on the right opportunities, ensuring all submissions meet quality and return standards.
* Sales Compensation: Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to execute the sales compensation plan, including running monthly reports, calculating commissions & arranging payments.
* Audits and Assessments: Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to governance standards.
* Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Key Skills
* Proven experience in a sales performance and governance environment
* Experience with Salesforce CRM system & Excel
* Experience in running Sales Operations
