Overview
Join to apply for the Property Manager role at Linley and Simpson. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Pudsey, West Yorkshire. The salary ranges from £27,000 to £30,000.
Responsibilities
* As a Property Manager you will be dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure the properties are maintained.
* The role involves spending your days out and about visiting properties.
* You will carry out regular internal and external inspections liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors whilst working as part of a team, developing strong relationships to create a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
* Experience carrying out inventories
* Self-motivated, well organised and fully conversant with regulations surrounding lettings
* A good understanding of what constitutes fair wear and tear and experience handling tenant disputes and returning deposits
* Excellent customer care
