Must have’s
* Very strong communication skills both verbal and written

* An understanding of how e-commerce seller websites operate
Nice to have
* Good analytical, data driven and problem-solving skills
* Experience within an Office Sales Environment
What you’ll be doing
* Support Sales Managers with customer set up
* Analyse retailer reports, provide feedback and advise Account Managers
* Monitor retailer’s websites - website content, product placement, product category and ranking
* Organise and manage customer profiles
* Implement Company Marketing initiatives
* Complete Website Audits for Retailers – action and implement updates
* Build relationships with online sales retailers via phone, video calls & email
* Manage and develop own portfolio of direct online retailer accounts and research and prospect for new opportunities
