Scope of Role
Avondale Foods is a leading food manufacturing company of Fresh and Chilled products supplying leading retail businesses such as Marks & Spencer, Waitrose, Dunnes, Morrisons, Aldi & Lidl throughout the UK & Ireland.
The purpose of this role is to manage the entire operations of all finished products from storage to timely delivery of correct products to customers whilst adhering to the company’s rules, regulations, and policies as well as strict Hygiene, and Health & Safety rules. To lead the Despatch team by example and ensure that you and your team are adhering to all company policies and procedures in relation to Product Quality, Food Safety, and Integrity. Be a driver of productivity and efficiencies, setting standards of accuracy and presentation. Have the ability to liaise and integrate within the wider Avondale management team to help drive inter-company standards and improvements.
