We are delighted to be advertising on behalf of our client who is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join their team in Coleraine. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to lead a team within an industrial/warehouse environment, ensuring consistently high standards of cleanliness and compliance.
Location: Coleraine
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6AM–1PM
Salary: £14.50 per hour
As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will:
* Supervise and motivate a team of industrial cleaners to meet daily cleaning targets.
* Allocate and oversee work rotas and ensure all areas are cleaned to specification.
* Carry out quality checks and address any issues promptly.
* Train new team members on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and health & safety requirements.
* Conduct hands-on cleaning tasks where necessary, particularly during staff shortages.
* Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are well maintained and report any maintenance needs.
* Maintain compliance with all site-specific procedures and health & safety regulations (including COSHH).
What We Need From You
* Proven experience in a cleaning role, ideally with supervisory responsibility in an industrial or warehouse setting.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

* Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday, 6AM–1PM (part-time hours across the week)
