The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to build on their experience within a supportive and professional environment. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, including:
* Drafting Wills and Trusts
* Probate and Estate Administration
* Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Court of Protection matters
* Tax planning and asset protection
The Ideal Candidate
* Minimum 2–3 years’ PQE in Private Client work (more experienced candidates also welcome)
* Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate and related matters
* STEP membership or working towards it (desirable but not essential)
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
