* CSCS Card
* NPORS or CPCS
* Full PPE (High Viz, Hard Hat, Steel Toe Capped Boots)
* Own Tools
* Previous onsite experience
* Dumper ticket would be a bonus (CPCS or NPORS)
* Two working references
