Area Nursery Manager
Salary: £45,000 – £48,000 + Car Allowance (£6000)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Area travel required across various locations

What You’ll Do
As Area Nursery Manager, you will:
* Oversee and support 3 nursery settings to deliver outstanding childcare and Ofsted results.
* Lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring excellence in EYFS delivery, curriculum planning, and safeguarding.
* Work closely with Nursery Managers to drive best practice, professional development, and continuous improvement.
* Conduct regular quality audits, compliance checks, and mock inspections.
* Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to develop confident, capable leaders.
* Collaborate with regional teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for children, families, and staff.
What Success Looks Like
* Each nursery achieving at least a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rating.
* Strong, confident Nursery Managers empowered to deliver exceptional care.
* Robust compliance and safeguarding standards maintained across all settings.
* Engaged teams delivering a nurturing, child-centred learning environment.
About You
We’re looking for a proven leader with:
* Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification
* 2+ years’ experience in a senior early years or multi-site management role.
* A successful track record in improving quality and achieving Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
* Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and SEND practice.
* Strong communication, coaching, and people management skills.
* A proactive, positive, and organised approach — with the flexibility to travel regionally.
