We are working with a Government Sector client who are currently delivering a major end-to-end digital transformation programme, introducing cutting-edge technologies across the organisation.
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Delivery Manager to join one of their dedicated service squads. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving digital change and leading cross-functional Agile teams to deliver impactful, high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of products and services within a multi-disciplinary Agile squad
Ensure effective planning, execution, tracking, and reporting of priorities
Work closely with Business Analysts QAs/Testers and department leads to align delivery with product vision and goals
Champion Agile delivery methodologies while making pragmatic decisions to meet deadlines
Maintain operational management of both new and ongoing digital services
Foster collaboration across the squad to ensure timely and quality delivery
Align delivery with wider programme objectives and timelines
About You:
Must hold Agile certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), Kanban (KMP/AKT) or equivalent
Must be eligible for SC (Security Check) clearance – candidates do not need current clearance but must have lived and worked in the UK for the past 5 years.
Proven experience in managing Agile delivery within functional teams
Strong understanding of Agile principles and delivery at pace
Track record of managing complex backlogs and converting them into production-ready solutions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Passionate about digital transformation and continuous improvement
