An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Acute Medical team as a Band 7 Physiotherapist on a fixed term basis. The post is to cover a maternity vacancy where the additional hours will support leading physiotherapy service delivery across the Acute Medical Wards within FVRH. We would welcome applications from physiotherapists who have significant and current experience within acute medical with a drive to provide high quality care in an acute in-patient setting. This post is key in leading the physiotherapy professional development. There is on-going improvement work within the team so an interest in developing QI and leadership skills is essential. The service is undergoing a review of service delivery and a period of significant changes in skillmix and staffing and we would welcome candidates who are excited about developing their leadership skills in supporting themselves and others through the uncertainty that always comes alongside the positive aspects of change.
