This role supports a busy, fast-moving technical environment and a diverse user community across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas and can provide considerable technical and personal development in a wide range of technologies and operational/project functions.
Main duties of the job
This post operates within the Network team of the OUH IM&T Service Delivery and is responsible for delivery, support and administration of corporate data and voice network systems for over, users across Oxfordshire. The post holder will play a major role within the Network team to ensure that service level agreements are met or exceeded and that policies, processes and procedures within OUH customer organisations are adhered to.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and will be experienced and technically competent in Cisco network technologies and the development and improvement of processes and standards.
The post holder will gain considerable technical and operational experience in the development and management of a complex and diverse network environment.
