Rate: £44.86 per hour
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Team Manager to join the Communities team in Knowsley.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing staff to operate to high standards and ensure effective case management for vulnerable customers and their carers or representatives.
* Overseeing support planning, case management, and service planning to meet individual needs.
* Staying updated on legislative and strategic developments.
* Establishing and improving service standards through collaboration with partners, commissioning, care management, and providers.
* Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, ethical, and social requirements.
* Implementing and monitoring quality assurance systems and conducting audits to maintain high standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Social Work England registration.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* Degree-level qualification in Social Work.
* Post-qualified experience.
