The Role
You will provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive and wider Leadership team at SUSU.
Acting as a point of contact for colleagues in SUSU and the University, you will support with meetings, diary management and general admin.
You will be handling confidential and sensitive information on a regular basis as well as needing to maintain excellent relationships with key contacts.
This is a fixed term, maternity cover role (for up to 12 months).
About You
You will have experience of providing admin support to a senior role and a good understanding of confidentiality. Excellent attention to detail and reliability are essential; you should be comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite (including Teams) and have a very organised approach to your work.
You should be comfortable working in an organisation where priorities can change quickly in line with its members’ expectations and you must be committed to SUSU’s values.
