We're now looking for a Warehouse Control Room Clerk to maintain accurate operational data, and support the smooth running of our daily warehouse activities.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Monitor, analyse, and report real-time operational KPIs (productivity, labour hours, variance, attendance) to keep the operation on track
* Provide regular performance updates to site leadership, including 2‑hourly reporting, to support informed decision-making
* Ensure operational records are accurate and up to date — such as team 1:1s, training compliance, process checks, work instruction updates, and resource planning information
* Identify and escalate non-conformities or performance gaps while supporting continuous improvement
* Manage operational data integrity across systems, acting as the first point of contact for data accuracy queries, and producing essential operational reports
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Strong IT skills, including confident and practical experience using Microsoft Excel. Experience using a Warehouse Management System is desirable
* Previous experience working in a supply chain or warehouse environment
* Ability to interpret data, produce statistical information and analyse reports
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
* Strong interpersonal, organisational, and planning skills, with the ability to motivate and work well with others
