Location: Fully remote
Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Salary: £30-60K based on experience, plus 20% uncapped commission

We’re seeking an experienced B2B sales professional to join us at a pivotal growth stage. The role suits someone who thrives on autonomy and wants to shape the future of a growing business.
You will work closely with the founder to drive new business and convert high-potential leads into long-term clients. This role offers uncapped commission and unlimited growth potential, with an option pool equity based on performance.
We want a doer—someone who enjoys the sales process, builds meaningful relationships, excels at closing deals, and takes pride in results.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and engage prospective clients in sectors like workplace, hospitality, marketing, and events
* Manage leads through the full sales cycle from prospecting to account management
* Represent CakeDrop with energy, personality, and integrity
* Contribute to our growth strategy alongside the founder
Qualifications:
* Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record
* Proactive, self-motivated, passionate about sales
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Personable, professional, and commercially savvy
* Experience with CRM tools to manage and report pipelines
* Networks in HR, Office Management, Hospitality, or Events sectors are a bonus
