The business specialises in the super prime residential and heritage sectors, undertaking projects typically valuing up to £20mil across Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.
Projects are administered via JCT forms of contract.
As a result of key project wins in the region, they're now looking to expand the team with a project level Surveyor.
About the role of Quantity Surveyor: As Quantity Surveyor, you will be either responsible for your own smaller project or work alongside a SQS on a larger more complex scheme.
You will be involved in managing the project commercially from early procurement through to completion.
