Responsibilities:
1. Managing large Loss and Complex claims
2. Personal Injury (PI)
3. Credit Hire
4. Property Damage
5. Employers Liability (EL)
6. Public Liability (PL)
7. Other third-party losses
Requirements:
8. Proven experience in third-party claims handling (legal, insurance, or claims management background)
9. Strong expertise in personal injury claims, especially large loss cases over £100k
10. Familiarity with case law and the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
11. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and client relationship skills
12. A collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused approach
*Experience in EL/PL, credit hire, or property damage is welcome, but can also be developed on the job.
