What you\'ll be doing
As an Apprentice in HR your role helps with everything from hiring new staff to ensuring employees are happy and productive. You’ll assist with recruitment, training, and employee relations. It\'s about supporting the workforce and fostering a positive work environment.
Who we\'re looking for
For our Level 4 Apprenticeship, you’ll need A Levels or equivalent, typically 2 A Levels. This programme is designed for those looking to step into higher-level roles that demand specialised knowledge and increased responsibility. Throughout your Apprenticeship, you will be working towards a qualification in becoming a HR Business Analyst.
