I'm seeking a talented conveyancing professional to join a well-established North Yorkshire team.The Role: You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions. Working within a supportive and collaborative environment, you’ll enjoy a non-volume, client-focused workload, enabling you to deliver the highest standards of service and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:
* Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
* Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction process
* Maintaining accurate file management and compliance with regulatory standards
* Supporting junior team members and contributing to the team’s continued success
About You:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
* Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering exceptional client outcomes
