Devizes & Surrounding AreasAre you looking for a rewarding role supporting young people in education?Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors and Trainee Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Devizes and the surrounding rural areas.As a preferred supplier to many local secondary schools, Tradewind offers excellent opportunities for the right candidates - meaning consistent and ongoing work if you have the right skills and attitude.Whether you're an experienced Cover Supervisor, a graduate or aspiring teacher, a parent returning to work, or someone with experience working with young people in another setting, we'd love to hear from you!?? Please note: Driving is essential for this role.Many of our partner schools are in rural locations, so you must be happy to travel up to 45 minutes for suitable work.________________________________________???�? Your Role: Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment Keeping students engaged, motivated, and focused Supporting school staff and ensuring smooth lesson continuity________________________________________�?
Who We're Looking For: Experienced Cover Supervisors or those keen to train Graduates or individuals considering a career in teaching People with experience working with young people (youth work, coaching, volunteering, parenting, etc.) Confident, friendly communicators with a professional attitude Reliable, enthusiastic, and adaptable individuals Drivers with access to a vehicle? No school experience? No problem!We provide FREE CPD, full training, and ongoing support to help you build confidence and succeed in the classroom.________________________________________??
What We Offer: Ongoing work 3-5 days per week (term time only) Flexible roles to suit your availability Competitive pay based on experience and role Typical annual earnings of £19,500 - £27,300 (based on 39 weeks per year)________________________________________�?
