4. To greet and welcome customers
5. To ensure that Service Standards and Procedures are always followed.
6. To ensure all tables in dining area is set up according to Company’s high standard and agreed specification.
7. To ensure that a ready supply of all service items is always available, liaising with Chefs and back of house staff to ensure a smooth, efficient service to our customers.
8. To ensure tables are cleaned and always cleared.
9. Train new and existing staff on customer service practices
10. Resolve any issues or complaints from customers in a professional and efficient manner
11. Inspect dining facilities and equipment for cleanliness and compliance with health and safety guidelines
12. Excellent understanding of dining etiquette and customer service principles
13. Exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate and engage to guests
14. Exceptional leadership skills to be able to motivate team members
15. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work under pressure maintaining a courteous approach
16. Professional appearance and demeanour reflecting the high standards of the establishment
17. Must be knowledgeable and about the food and beverage service
18. Must have a keen “eye to detail”
19. Must be able to multitask
