Commercial & IT Solicitor – Senior Associate (5+ PQE) – Bristol
A leading Legal 100 firm in Bristol is seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join its dynamic Commercial & IT team. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile, complex commercial and ICT projects, including outsourcing agreements and commercial contracts, for a diverse range of clients.
Key responsibilities
* Provide expert legal advice to both public and private sector clients on commercial and IT-related matters
* Lead on significant outsourcing transactions and contractual projects
* Draft, review and negotiate complex commercial and IT contracts
* Supervise and mentor junior team members
What experience is required?
* 5+ years PQE with strong experience in commercial law
* Proven ability to handle contract negotiation and drafting, particularly in IT or technology law
* Excellent team-working skills and a proactive approach to collaboration
