Overview
Location: On-site (In Person). Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Responsibilities
* Monitor installation progress against planned schedules and take corrective action when needed.
* Act as the first point of contact for daily queries and manage team performance effectively.
* Ensure all electrical installations comply with project specifications and quality standards.
* Carry out inspections, identify defects, and arrange remedial work.
* Attend and contribute to site coordination meetings.
* Plan and allocate labour and resources efficiently.
* Take ownership of allocated projects and ensure smooth delivery.
* Maintain clear communication with managers and site staff, providing regular updates and direction.
* Mentor and support apprentices and trainees, encouraging their development.
* Inspire and motivate team members to achieve targets.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years\' experience in electrical work.
* Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or equivalent role.
* Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Willingness to perform hands-on work daily.
* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations (essential)
* 18th Edition, 2391 or equivalent (desirable)
* SSSTS (desirable)
* Strong understanding of electrical wiring systems.
