Planning Legal Director- Birmingham City Centre | International Law Firm
Hybrid Working-This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis.
£90,500 – £112,500 + Uncapped Bonus
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Planning Lawyer to join a leading international law firm in Birmingham.
You will join a highly regarded national Planning team and work closely with an experienced Partner on complex, high-value and strategically significant projects. The role offers exposure to major infrastructure and development work, alongside genuine scope for leadership, client development, and progression.
The Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Leading and or supporting wider project teams on the promotion of DCOs and CPOs, and the management of Planning Appeals
2. Drafting and reviewing planning-related legal agreements for developers, lenders, and public sector clients
3. Conducting detailed legal research and analysis on planning law and related matters
4. Supporting Real Estate colleagues with planning due diligence, including supervision where required
