We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Project Manager to drive the execution of cutting-edge sports brand strategies across digital, in-store, and experiential touchpoints. The role:
As a key player in the Brand team, you will take ownership of sports-focused creative and commercial projects. From concept through to execution. You will oversee cross-functional project delivery, align key stakeholders, and ensure every brand initiative lands with impact.
1. Deliver end-to-end brand campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels, translating vision into commercially successful executions
2. Create and roll out compelling brand concepts that drive visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth
3. Work closely with Marketing, Buying, Online, Creative, and Store Development teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging
4. Oversee briefs, timelines, and budgets for brand initiatives, while motivating internal teams and external partners toward successful delivery
5. Align long-term brand plans with wider business goals, streamline tools and workflows, and integrate calendars for seamless execution
Experience
6. 3+ years’ experience in project brand management, or design leadership
7. Must have extensive Retail experience – sport brands desirable
8. Proven ability to deliver impactful brand concepts across multiple channels - brand, products, and services in stores.
9. Strong leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels
10. Commercial acumen with the ability to balance creativity with business goals
11. Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) and comfort managing design workflows
12. Strategic mindset with strong organisational skills
