Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant with a path to property valuation and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Company: TMS Estate Agents. An independent, family-run estate agency covering the whole of Thanet.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
1. Sales Focus: The core of the role is sales, with an emphasis on property matching, viewings, and eventually, sales valuations. You'll need to demonstrate a successful sales background.
2. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service is critical.
3. Property Matching: Quickly identifying client needs and matching them to available properties.
