Your new role
As the Brand Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the brand’s success. Collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll drive brand strategies, execute impactfulmunication initiatives, and elevate our market presence. Your creativity and strategic thinking will be key as you craft integrated brand plans and ensure seamless implementation. This role collaborates with all business areas, including global teams, associated with the brand, meaning no two days are the same in this busy, responsible role.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience: You’re an experienced Brand Manager with a track record of success. You understand the nuances of brand development, consumer behaviour, and effectivemunication strategies.
2. Strategic Mindset: You thrive on strategic thinking. You’ll rmend and drivemunication strategies, leveraging insights to reach the right audience through the most effective media channels.
3. Campaign Execution: You’re a pro at turning strategy into action. From goal-setting to analytics, you’ll execute our 12-month brand strategy and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
4. Audience Insights: You’re not just a marketer; you’re an audience whisperer. Understand where our target audience hangs out and create campaigns that resonate with them.
5. Ownership: You’ll own the end-to-end brand marketing process. From planning to reporting, your decisions will shape our brand’s trajectory.
