Branch Supervisor - Sleaford - Plumb Centre

As a Branch Supervisor based in Sleaford, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Supporting the Branch Manager with the day to day running and operations within this small branch.
2. Building rapport with customers & suppliers, responding to any queries and processing sales.
3. Serving customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
4. General warehouse duties including, goods in & out, picking and packing customer orders - this will involve manual handling heavy items boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 7:30am - 5pm (on a rota basis), and an occasional Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm, paid as overtime.

6. Previous industry or merchant experience would be desirable.
7. Prior Face to Face sales and customer service experience.
8. Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers to build strong relationships.
