What’s involved?
As a relief chef you will work under the supervision and direction of the head chef and sous chef. You will be an integral part of the kitchen team during the assignment and your experience and expertise will be very welcome indeed in supporting the kitchen brigade
If you have any experience in the pastry section that would be advantageous but not essential.
