Here, You’ll Shape More Than Careers
We’re looking for a talented People Experience Assistant Manager who thrives in a people-focused environment and sees challenges as opportunities for growth. At MHA, you’ll work alongside passionate professionals who care about making a difference. Your role in HR will be far more than policies and procedures; it’s about creating an inspiring workplace culture, fostering individual growth, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive meaningful, lasting impact across our team.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
* Experience in a management capacity in a fast-paced HR Co-ordinator/advisory role, operating to strict deadlines and handling conflicting priorities.
* Ability to travel across offices, including London, Colchester, Maidenhead, and Maidstone.
* Professional services experience (desirable but not essential).
* Willingness to ‘muck in’, assist as necessary, and carry out routine tasks when required.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Handle a heavy workload with minimal supervision.
* Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level for producing letters, spreadsheets, and organisation charts.
In this role, you’ll make an impact by:
* Contributing to the HR strategy aligned with the firm’s Business Plan, supporting areas like Resourcing, Compensation and Benefits, Learning and Development, and Employee Relations.
* Participating in HR planning and review meetings.
* Managing projects and priorities as directed by the Senior HR Manager, ensuring timely and resource-efficient delivery.
* Proactively reviewing HR processes and recommending improvements.
* Providing HR updates and operational input to Engagement Partners and People Operations Partners.
* Preparing HR reports and management information for leadership review.
* Advising on employment legislation and policy updates.
* Keeping up-to-date with HR best practices and contributing to policy development.
* Supporting firm-wide communication of HR updates and policies.
* Providing consistent HR policy advice and support, including staff consultations.
This list is not exhaustive; additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

We value your talents and aspirations. Our benefits support your well-being, growth, and recognition:
* Flexible working: Core hours from 10 AM to 2 PM, with two home working days.
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with options to buy or sell additional days.
* Competitive salary package.
* Recognition awards, including Outstanding Performance Bonus.
