Position: Sales Operations Project Manager

Your Role:
As our new Sales Operations Project Manager, you will report directly to the EMEA Sales Operations Manager. Your mission will be to ensure the timely and successful implementation of complex customer and company engagements. You’ll play a pivotal role in advising our strategic sales teams on how to align our capabilities with customer needs.
Once we have a solution in place, you will lead the charge in defining processes and planning projects to meet implementation timelines. This allows our strategic sales personnel to focus on what they do best—engaging with clients!
As new requirements arise, you’ll support the development of innovative capabilities to meet those needs. Your contributions will be essential in driving Arrow towards our long-term market-share objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and execute complex projects related to special assignments, customer-specific needs, company acquisitions, and change management.
* Oversee the processing of sales orders, ensuring accuracy in receipt, booking, tracking shipments, and resolving customer order issues.
* Lead customer retention efforts, including CRM management and developing effective customer contact strategies.
* Resolve escalated operational issues, including vendor concerns and contract reviews.
* Design and implement new processes for special services and manage market research for pricing strategies.
* Develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operations, including hiring and training.
* Oversee customer quotes activities to enhance efficiency and adherence to guidelines.

* Process Mapping: Ability to visualize and streamline processes.
* Oracle Knowledge: Depth of knowledge in SWB from sales and asset perspectives.
* Commercial Awareness: Understanding of both internal and external business dynamics.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly across various functions.
* Influencing Skills: Capability to influence without formal authority.
* Change Management: Experience in managing and adapting to change.
* Executive Communication: Comfort in communicating with executive-level stakeholders.
* Results-Driven: A strong focus on getting things done!
