As a member of our Oldham community District Nursing teams, you'll be part of a dedicated group working across five locations. You'll provide high-quality care to housebound patients in their own homes or residential care homes, where every interaction can make a tangible difference.

Person Specification

Registration & Qualifications

* Registered Nurse with current NMC registration (Part 1 Adult / General Level 1 or 2)
* Degree / Diploma in Nursing studies or equivalent
* Evidence of mentorship qualification

Knowledge, Training & Experience

* Demonstrates evidence based clinical knowledge
* Evidence of continuous professional development

Skills & Abilities

* Ability to travel to different geographical locations across the Trust footprint in line with service needs
* Full UK driving license with willingness to use own car for work purposes
* Experience of the use of clinical systems
* Demonstrate the initiative to proactively problem solve with a solution focus
