A public sector organisation is recruiting for a Corporate & Support Services Officer based in Ballymena.
Your new role
As a Level 6 specialist within the team, you will take on a key role in delivering high-quality service oues while supporting operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be responsible for managingplex queries, guiding junior team members, and ensuring that processes are delivered efficiently and in line with organisational standards.Your responsibilities will include:
1. Handlingplex cases or escalations with professionalism and attention to detail
2. Supporting team performance through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing
3. Analysing data and identifying trends to inform service improvements
4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance operational processes
5. Ensuringpliance with relevant policies, procedures, and quality standards
6. Contributing to project work and continuous improvement initiatives

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential criteria:
7. A degree in any discipline, OR alternatively, a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience across the areas outlined below:
8. At least 2 years’ experience providing advice and guidance to management on the application of policies, procedures, or legislation
9. At least 2 years’ experience engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating success in achieving organisational objectives
10. At least 2 years’ experience preparing reports and/or formal correspondence
11. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise your own workload effectively to achieve results
12. Strongmunication skills with the ability to present information clearly and engage with stakeholders at all levels
13. Proven ability to identify issues, analyse information, and make sound decisions or rmendations
14. Experience delivering high-quality customer-focused oues and building effective working relationships
15. Full current UK driving licence and access to suitable transport (or alternative arrangements that enable you to fulfil the requirements of the role)
You will also be expected to demonstrate capability in keypetencies including performance management,munication, collaboration, problem-solving, and customer focus.
