The Opportunity for You
Are you currently working on a service desk or within IT support looking to join a company that offers progression? Or maybe you have a passion for IT, just graduated, but haven't yet managed to get your foot in the door? Then this is the job for you.
As a 1st line IT Support Engineer, you'll be based in the Liverpool office for an MSP who provide solutions to a range of clients. They have recently won contracts and need to grow their support team.
This company strongly encourages team development and is keen for employees to upskill and be offered promotions. It's a perfect opportunity for someone wanting to progress their career.
You will work in a team of 8 engineers, fixing IT issues for external customers to ensure their businesses run smoothly. You will be in a busy office environment, need to be customer-focused, and able to manage customer expectations. There is also an opportunity to complete certifications if you are willing to study.
If you have a couple of months or years of hands-on IT experience, that's great, but the most important qualities are the right attitude, interest in starting a career in IT, and willingness to learn to become a great 1st line support.
A driving license is required to visit customer sites. You will also receive free city centre parking.
