Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 per annum (pro rata, depending on experience)
Location: Hertford Town Football Club
About the Role
* Part‑time hours: Monday 8:45‑3 pm, Thursday 10 – 11:30 am, Friday 8:45‑1 pm. Term time only.
* Delivery of classroom‑based NCFE Level 3 Sport qualifications.
* Optional coaching of a BHPP Academy football team on matchdays (Wednesdays).
* Support with GCSE Maths & English delivery where required.
* Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working in a college, training provider, or sports education environment.
* A degree‑level qualification (essential).
* Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, or willingness to work towards it.
* QTLS and/or PGCE (desirable).
* An interest in football coaching (desirable but not essential).
* A passion for developing young people and helping them reach their full potential.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
