Location & Flexibility:
1. Hybrid working: 3 days in-office, 2 days WFH
2. 1 day in Coalville, Leicestershire; other office days flexible across the UK (This organisation have various offices located across the UK)

3. Up to £63,000 per annum + 10% annual bonus

Role Purpose:
Reporting to the Head of Group Audit, you will:
9. Plan and perform basic to complex IT internal audits across the enterprise
10. Conduct risk-based IT audits in line with the annual IT audit plan, including assurance reviews against frameworks like NIST Cybersecurity
11. Evaluate IT controls, including IT General Controls (ITGCs) and Application Controls
12. Identify IT risks and recommend improvements to strengthen control environments
13. Provide technology assurance on major business change programmes
14. Prepare internal audit reports with value-added recommendations and present findings to senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
15. Experience in IT internal audit, including ITGCs and Application Controls
16. Strong reporting and communication skills, able to translate technical issues for management
17. Credible, influential, and resilient with excellent stakeholder management skills
18. Delivery-focused, organised, and a team player with independence
Desirable:
19. 2+ years of system auditing experience
20. Exposure to FTSE 100/350 or multinational organisations
21. Knowledge of IT security, infrastructure, NIST, and COBIT frameworks
22. Experience providing IT assurance on major change programmes
23. Degree-level education and professional IT audit qualifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP)
