Monday to Friday 6am start (45 hours per week)

You’ll start with a thorough induction - spending a week in the classroom before you step into a truck. You’ll learn all the necessary practical skills from vehicle checks and safety at work to what good looks like. Then you’ll go out on the road with a Training Support Driver, to learn your route and get ready to go it alone. As a Multi-drop driver, you’ll be picking stock from the back of your vehicle at each stop, which keeps your day interesting and breaks the driving up. It keeps you fit too.

Responsibilities
* Operate as a HGV multidrop class 2 driver, performing stock pickups from the back of the vehicle at each stop.
* Complete a thorough induction and participate in classroom training before practical on-road experience.
* Work with a Training Support Driver to learn routes and gain independence.
* Maintain high operational standards and adhere to safety and vehicle checks.
Qualifications
* Class 2 (Cat C minimum) with valid CPC cards.
* Willingness to develop into multiple roles, from Training Support Driver to Shift Management.
