About the company:
HireIQ Finance are delighted to work closely with this local success story in the County Tyrone area as they seek to appoint a Financial Controller to lead their finance department. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take their career to the next level, leading and shaping the finance team and being a key member on decision making for all future projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Entire management of the Financial Function.
* Prepare regular financial reports and management accounts for senior leadership.
* Oversee financial compliance, audits, and tax-related matters.
* Manage budgeting and cash flow planning
* Partner with leadership on commercial strategy and business growth
* Ensure tax efficiency and compliance across all entities
* Enhance financial systems, processes, and internal controls.
* Lead and support a small finance team
Your Experience:
* Experienced accountant eg. CIMA, ACA, ACCA or QBE with impressive experience
* Strong knowledge of accounting standards and best practices
* Proficient in Excel, Word and MS Outlook;
* Possess excellent communication and problem solving skills;
