Omega Red is seeking an exceptional Estimator to join our team in Nottingham.

Responsibilities
* Produce quality designs and estimates ensuring all specifications and client requirements are met.
* Ensure all quotations are competitive and retain existing client relationships for additional business.
* Attend tender meetings, construction sites, and promote Omega’s service offering.
* Work in cooperation with the delivery team and estimating lead to meet business objectives.
* Monitor market trends and competition.
* urately record and update all business activity in our system.
What You’ll Need
* Worked in the construction industry within a contracting business.
* Understanding of tender/bid processes and pricing strategies.
* Strong customer interface and negotiation skills.
* Ability to translate client needs into coherent bids.
* Drive and passion to support business growth.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Experience in Lightning Protection, knowledge of BS EN62305 a distinct advantage.
* Valid driving licence.
