Food & Beverage Attendant
Job Overview
We are looking for Food & Beverage attendants to join our fantastic team at Morston Hall. Here you will get to work at a culinary institute whose hotel holds 4 AA Red Stars and whose restaurant currently has 4 AA Rosettes and has held a Michelin Star for the last 27 years. You will get to experience a daily changing five course menu featuring top quality local and international produce, a wide and varied wine list, as well as a charming historical building. In addition to this you will -
* Manage and adapt to individual guest requests and preferences
* Ensure dining areas are prepared to our standards prior to each service
* Attend the daily Service briefings, to ensure you are knowledgeable about our daily changing menus
* Using our Point-of-Sale system, ensuring accurate transactions
* Working alongside the kitchen team and restaurant team to maintain a cohesive service
* Work different shifts covering breakfast and lunch or dinner services
* Make coffees, cocktails and serve other beverages (including wine)
* Provide an exceptional service through your knowledge and passion for delivering a memorable dining experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
