With locations thriving across the UK and Ireland, our Edinburgh restaurant is now calling for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the charge in redefining the city’s dining scene.

What’s the Role?
As Head Chef at Six by Nico Edinburgh, you will be the heartbeat of our kitchen, overseeing the creation and execution of bold, innovative menus that change every six weeks. This is your chance to lead a high-energy brigade in a fast-paced, creative, high-performance environment.
You’ll be hands-on, inspiring your team through action. You’ll balance artistry with organisation, energy with excellence, and leadership with love for what you do.
This is not your average kitchen—and we’re not looking for an average chef.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous ready to step up
* An instinct for flavour, precision in execution, and a flair for presentation
* An obsession with teamwork, standards, and service
* Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques and food safety practices
* Cool under pressure, a multitasker, and a motivator
* Passionate about food, people, and the hospitality craft
