The Service Coordinator will be responsible for contacting our client's Connects portfolio of commercial customers to arrange installation appointments including exchanges, maintenance and new connections. Responsibilities for the Service Coordinator Efficiently arranging appointments for engineers within your region considering travel time, engineer skill/authorisation levels and customer demand.
