We are delighted to be working with this client to support with cover in their Glasgow office.
Your new role
A position has become available for an experienced and proactive administrator to work on site in their office 5 days per week 8.30am - 5pm. A car will be needed.
You will be working as part of a small admin team in a varied role.
Duties will include:
* Invoicing
* Purchase Ledger
* Managing Office Supplies
* Managing factory purchases
* Ordering stationery and office supplies
* Preparation of sales invoices
* Assisting in the payment of wage slips
* Assisting in producing and formatting reports of costs /profits
* General administration duties
What you'll need:
You will be reporting to the Directors of the business and must have the following attributes:
* Strong administration background
* Very proactive in your approach using a high level of initiative
* Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
* High levels of proficiency in MS Office and Excel
* Accuracy in carrying out tasks
Work Pattern
Working on site in the office 8.30am - 5pm
A car is necessary for occasional errands, mileage will be reimbursed.
