Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Marketing and General Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing marketing activities to promote our country estate whilst attending to daily office operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Promote the estate's luxury holiday let properties.
* Liaise with third party web management company
* Promote the estate activities to a global audience
* Manage 'Supercontrol' booking platform
* Oversee relationships with3rd party booking platforms e.g. Booking.Com etc
* Manage office operations including holiday let bookings and cleaning schedules.
* Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
* Coordinate event planning and logistics for company meetings
* Maintain calendar management for holiday lets and ensure effective schedule management
* Provide guest support and manage customer service inquiries
* Assist with elevenses during shoot days
* Monitor expenditures to ensure cost control
Experience
Candidates should have hotel reception or guest services experience along with:
* A good working knowledge of social media channels
* Marketing experience
* Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Front of house experience in a hospitality environment would be a bonus
* Knowledge of filing systems, calendar management, and phone etiquette
* Happy to work alternate weekends with days off in the week
* Agreeable to working flexible hours to be able to welcome guests on arrival
